D. Brad Banter Made a Motion to Make 400 Flap and 300 Pocket Patches – Seconded, Approved

E. Garrett Harper Made a Motion to Sell Both the Flap and Pocket Patches for $2.00 Apiece to Contingent Members

F. Michael Carbaugh Made a Motion to Sell Both Patches at $4.50 or $8.00 for a Full Set Starting at the Fall Ordeal to Non-Contingent Members

G. Bryan Noted That Some Changes Would Need to Be Made to Accommodate the Photo to Patch Conversion

D. Cary Camp Asked the Lodge to Purchase Ice Cream Scoops

1. Russell Conard Made a Motion to Approve the Purchase of 8 Ice Cream Scoops

2. A Friendly Amendment Was Made to Require That Each Scoop Be Engraved With “Provided by the Order of the Arrow”

E. Bryan Noted That the T-Shirt Supply Is Nearly Depleted

1. Russell Conard Made a Motion to Approve Making 100 New Red Shirts – Seconded, Approved
